going to the 'Gunks but
between a long time for Security to open the office and some of the
trails being closed, we ended up going to Schunemunk Ridge.
There
we found about 6" of snow near the parking lot and about 18" of snow at
the top of the ridge. A beautiful day on snowshoes!
We went
up the Sweet Clover Trail to the Megaliths then a slight backtrack to
